Phase 1: Learn & Implement

Three full-day, off-site sessions spaced over 90 days

We’ll refine your vision, optimize your structure, ensure the right people are in the right roles, streamline key processes, and build accountability across your leadership team.

Each session is followed by time to apply what you’ve learned — giving your team space to implement, practice, and build momentum between sessions.

Phase 2: Strengthen & Align

Quarterly and annual strategy sessions + ongoing support

I’ll conduct structured sessions to review progress, reset goals, and resolve key issues — while I continue to guide and support your team with hands-on coaching and accountability.

  • One-on-one executive coaching with you and your leadership team

  • Attendance at select weekly leadership meetings

  • Practical, real-time support on structure, communication, and team dynamics
