I’ll walk you through the process, clarify the commitment, and answer all your questions.  You’ll see exactly how this works — and how I’ll guide and support you every step of the way.​​

3.  Choose Your Program​

Full Journey (12–14 months) 

Seven full-day sessions spread over 12–14 months. The first three are held within 90 days, followed by three quarterly sessions and one annual planning meeting.

90-Day Program 

Phase 1 of the Full Journey. Afterward, you’ll run your own quarterly and annual sessions.

1-Day Intensive

Learn all 9 Core Competencies in a single day. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what to do, why it matters, and how to implement it. The real work comes afterward, but you’ll have the blueprint.​​

2.5 Hour Group Session 

An interactive crash course (minimum 10 participants) for those short on time.

The Full Journey

We’ll refine your vision, optimize your structure, ensure the right people are in the right roles, streamline key processes, and build accountability across your leadership team.​  Each session is followed by time to apply what you’ve learned — giving your team space to implement, practice, and build momentum between sessions.

I’ll conduct structured sessions to review progress, reset goals, and resolve key issues — while I continue to guide and support your team with hands-on coaching and accountability. In addition to the full-day sessions, I offer one-on-one executive coaching for your leadership team, attend select weekly meetings, and provide real-time support on structure, communication, and team dynamics to keep your team aligned and moving forward.​​

Day 4, 5 & 6
