Hiring AAA employees for your business is hard. The "3 Cs" makes it easier. The 3 Cs are Character, Competence, and Compatibility. Character is how a person behaves both at home and at the business. Character in business includes being reliable and being trustworthy. Trust in life and certainly in business is so very important. Competence is about the skill set needed to accomplish the work for the business. Does the person have the skill set needed to help the business succeed? Finally, Compatibility simply means do you enjoy working with this person in your business. If an employee has the 3 Cs your chances of success in your business is very high.
